Definitions and Acceptance

1.1. The Practitioner refers to Dr. Sumit J. Raisinghaney, a registered Homeopath practicing in the UK.

1.2.. The Client refers to the individual receiving homeopathic services. Clients must be at least 18 years old and possess the capacity to provide informed consent to use the Services. Parents or legal guardians of children under 18 accept the terms of this Agreement on behalf of their child. By booking an appointment, the Client confirms they have the capacity to enter this Agreement voluntarily and in good faith

Scope of Service and Consultations

2.1. The Practitioner agrees to provide homeopathic consultations, case analysis, and individualized remedy recommendations.

2.2. The Practitioner has worked as a medical practitioner, but the Homeopathy work is separate and distinct from his medical work. The Practitioner may be able to share perspective based on his knowledge and experience as a doctor, but he is unable to diagnose or treat patients and conditions as a medical practitioner.

2.3. The Practitioner operates in compliance with UK legislation.

2.4. Consultations are conducted via Zoom.

2.5. The Practitioner reserves the right to decline or terminate treatment at their discretion at any time.

Client Responsibilities & Medical Disclaimer

3.1. T. The Client takes full responsibility for their own health, wellbeing, and decisions regarding their health.

3.2. Homeopathy is a complementary therapy and does not replace mainstream medical care. The Client is advised to maintain a relationship with their GP.

3.3. The Client must inform the Practitioner of all current medications, medical conditions, supplements, and allergies.

Fees, Payment & Cancellations

4.1. Consultation fees are £120 for an initial consultation and £100 for follow-ups.

4.2.. Invoices must be paid within 48 hours before the consultation.

4.3. Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged at the full session fee.

Remedies & Prescriptions

5.1.Remedy suggestions and / or prescriptions will be sent to the patient electronically within 72 hours of the consultation. Patients are signposted to reputable UK pharmacies. The cost of consultation does not include the cost of any remedies.

Communication & Emergency Care

6.2. For urgent medical emergencies, the Client should contact the NHS (call 111 or 999 in a life-threatening emergency in the UK).

7.1. All information shared during consultations is treated as strictly confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Disputes & Complaints Procedure

8.1 Clients can raise a complaint to express their dissatisfaction with the service provided at any time via email at raisinghaney_s_j@yahoo.com. Such complaints will be acknowledged within 7 days of receipts and responded to within 30 days of receipt.

Liability Disclaimer

9.1 Results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Total liability is limited to the fee paid for services.
